[Wizard] What if something is a preference but not a hard requirement?

For example, maybe I prefer to give the scholarship to a low-income student, but this isn’t 100% required?

We recommend that you include preferences in the Scholarship Description. Preferences do not belong in the Eligibility Requirements section because if an applicant doesn’t meet all the requirements, they will not be able to apply for the scholarship.

For example, if you prefer applicants who have completed 20 hours of community service but do not want to require it, you should simply include this preference in the scholarship description.
