The Open Date is the date applicants can start applying for your scholarship. If you don’t know your scholarship's Open Date yet, you cannot submit your scholarship, but you can definitely create your scholarship draft.
Once you submit your scholarship, you cannot edit or customize it anymore – you must provide all the required information before submitting. The scholarship can stay in draft until you have your start/open date.
