In general, U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, Green Card holders (Permanent Residents), T-Visa holders, refugees, and asylum grantees are all eligible. DACA students with social security numbers may not be eligible for federal aid, but still eligible for state aid, and must therefore still fill out the FAFSA®.
