[FAFSA®] Do I still need to report financial information if I never filed taxes?

Yes. Many high school seniors have never filed taxes because they are still considered tax dependents. However, you may have still worked after-school, weekend, or summer jobs, and so you still need to report that income, as well as any savings you might have. Some students also have money (allowances or custodial accounts) from other family members, like grandparents or godparents, and you would need to report this kind of money too.
