No. Each individual must create and use their own account username and password (FSA ID).

An FSA ID serves as part of a person’s identification, as well as their electronic signature, and should only be used by that individual. Also note that when you create your FSA ID, you’ll also be asked to create “challenge questions” (in case you forget your username or password later on). Do not share these answers with anyone else.
