Easy! Within the Profile page, go to the Documents section.

Next, click on “Request Document” on the bottom.

Choose whether you are requesting a transcript or recommendation letter.

After that, you simply fill out your recommender’s email address, add a personal note, and click “Request Letter” or "Request Transcript".
