The Provider Portal is the platform scholarship providers use to:
Create scholarship listing pages and application forms
Download and evaluate applications
Select scholarship winners
Invite other administrators to do the same
If you've never worked with us before, the Going Merry team will create your provider account and send you your login credentials.
If another administrator connected with your program already has a provider account, they can invite you to access the portal.
Using the Provider Portal, scholarship administrators can:
Create scholarship listing pages and application forms
Create your scholarship applications and include things like:
Eligibility requirements (GPA, sports played, education level)
Application questions (essays, personal statement)
Requested documents (transcripts, recommendation letters).
The personal or demographic information you wish to collect (applicants' contact info, household income, their intended degree or major)

Preview your application questions
Track how many applications have been started, submitted, or reviewed
View all submitted applications and supporting documents
Batch download all applications and supporting documents or export applicant information as an Excel or CSV file
