Download a single student's application or download all applications in bulk on the Evaluate Applications page in the Provider Portal.

How to view and download an individual student's application and documents

Providers can preview or download a single student's application for a scholarship by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Provider Account. Click the Menu button on the top left corner, then click the My Active Scholarships tab.

2. Find the scholarship you want to review, then click the green Evaluate button on the far right side of the scholarship name.

3. You'll then be directed to that scholarship's list of applicants.

At the top of the page, you'll see the name of the scholarship, the award amount, the deadline, and a summary of the number of applications in draft mode and submitted.

To view an application, locate a student's name in the list of applicants (scroll up and down or use the search bar) and then click on the PDF application icon to the far right of that student's name to see their application.

Click on the paper clip icon to view their supporting documents (like transcripts, recommendation letters, etc.).

When you click on the PDF or paper clip icon, you'll see a preview of their application or documents.

4. To download the application or document from the preview page, click the Download as is button.

The preview also allows you to redact personal details (such as the student's name, email or residential address, and other details) from the application. Click Choose info to include if you wish to redact information.

Uncheck any of the items you'd like to redact then click Continue to download.

Note: Each application has an Application ID number you can use to identify a student if you redact their name.

Information within a supporting document cannot be redacted. For example, a student's name won't be redacted on a recommendation letter.


A list of 25 applicants will appear on the page at any given time. To view additional applicants, click the LOAD MORE APPLICATIONS button found in the bottom left corner of the page.

Search for an applicant by name, email address, or application ID in the search bar.


How to bulk download all applications submitted to a particular scholarship

You can download applications in bulk from the main Evaluate Applications page or from an individual scholarship's page.

🖨️ Downloading applications as combined PDFs is the recommended option for printing.

To download all student applications for a specific scholarship from the Evaluate Applications page, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Provider Account. Click the Menu button on the top left corner, then click the My Active Scholarships tab.

2. Find the scholarship you want to review, then click the More drop-down button on the far right side of the scholarship name.

Under the Download section, choose to

  • Download all applications as a ZIP file that displays each application and all supporting documents as separate, individual PDFs

    OR

  • Download applications as combined PDFs. Supporting documents are also downloaded.

When you make your selection, you will be asked if you want to redact personal details from each application (such as the student's name, email or residential address, etc.).

Uncheck any of the items you'd like to redact, then click Continue to download.

A message will appear that asks you to enter the email address where the applications will be sent.

The download process can take up to 5 minutes, but once completed the email address you entered will receive a file containing the applications.

The person receiving the email will receive an email that asks them to confirm their email address before the applications are sent. This is a one-time confirmation.

To download applications in bulk from an individual scholarship's page, click the green Evaluate button next to a scholarship's name.

Then click the ACTIONS drop-down menu in the top right corner of the page.


How to download a report of applicant information

To download applicant information as a summary report, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Provider Account. Click the Menu button in the top left corner, then click the My Active Scholarships tab.

  2. Click the Download Summary CSV button at the very top of the Evaluation Applications page.

Please Note: The download process can take up to 5 minutes. Once completed you'll receive a CSV file containing all applicant information from scholarships that have not passed the deadline or are within three months of the deadline.
