The short answer is "yes". But since our site is designed to offer scholarships exclusively for students living in the United States, you might not be able to access our site if you are located outside the U.S.

The best way around the I.P. address block is to enable a Virtual Private Network (V.P.N.). This should allow you to apply to scholarships on our site.

Please note that we currently do not offer scholarships for international students studying outside of the U.S. or for U.S. students studying abroad, but we hope to expand to other countries in the future!
