Edit your information and your child's information in your Profile.

Start by signing in to your parent account.

Once logged in, navigate to your Profile.

There are 5 sections in your Parent section. Expand each section or click on the sections below to update your (parent) information.

In this section, update your:

  • Phone Number

  • Residential Address

  • Contact Preferences

In this section, update your:

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Marital Status

  • U.S. Legal Status

  • Occupation

  • Topics of interest

In this section, update your:

  • Spouse's Name

  • Spouse's Email

  • Spouse's U.S. Legal Status

  • Spouse's Occupation

In this section, update your:

  • Highest Education Level

  • If you attended college in the US or not

  • Annual Household Income

  • Household Size

In this section, update your:

  • Annual Income

  • Spouse's Annual Income

  • FICO® Credit Score

  • FAFSA® SAI

  • Max Family Contribution

  • Private student loan

Edit your name in Account Settings

Under Basic Settings, click on the name in your profile and a popup box will appear where you can edit the name in the profile. Make your edits, then click Save.


Edit your Child's Information in your Profile

To start, navigate to your Profile.

Scroll down to Your Child's Information.

In this section, update your child's:

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Residential Address

In this section, update your child's:

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Ethnicity

  • Sexual Orientation

  • Religion

  • Disability or Illness

  • Military Background

  • U.S. Legal Status

  • Other Citizenship

  • Number of Siblings in College

In this section, update your child's:

  • Current Education Level (For example: High School, Community College, 4-year college)

  • Graduation Year (For example: 2025)

  • Schools (Add what schools your child attends)

    • GPA. To add your child's GPA, make sure to add their school to your profile under the "Schools" section. Once you have the school added, click on the school name. A popup box will appear where you can add their GPA.

  • Test Scores

    • ACT/SAT scores. If your child has not taken their ACT/SAT scores, you do not have to fill this section out.

  • Target College List

    • Enter what colleges your child is considering attending.

    • Once you add a Target College, you can list whether your child is Interested, Applied, is Waitlisted, was Denied, is Accepted, or if your child Will Attend that Target College.

  • Intended Degree & Enrollment

    • List what Degree or program your child intends to obtain (Associates, Bachelors, Vocational/Technical Program, Masters or PhD).

    • List your child's college enrollment status (full-time enrolled, part-time enrolled, less than half-time enrolled)

  • College Type

    • In state school

    • Public/Private school

  • Academic Focus Area

    • Edit your child's major

    • Edit your child's minor

In this section, update your child's competitive/organized sports activities such as basketball, soccer, cheerleading, football, lacrosse, etc.

In this section, update the organizations your child is involved in. For example: National FFA, Key Club, DECA, etc.

In this section, update your child's:

  • Career Interests

  • Work or Volunteer Experience

In this section, update any honors, awards, or scholarships your child has won.

In this section, update your child's:

  • Skills

  • Languages

In this section,

  • Request transcripts or recommendation letters or

  • Upload documents such as

    • Transcripts

    • Recommendation letters

    • Your Child's Photo

    • FAFSA® Submission Summary

    • Tax Return

    • Resume

    • College Acceptance letter

    • College Financial Aid Award Letter

    • SAT Score Report

    • ACT Score Report

    • AP Score Report

    • Miscellaneous Documents

    • Parent W2

    • Community Service Hours

    • Artwork
