Start by logging into your Going Merry account. To get to Account Settings, click here or click the drop down arrow in the upper right corner (next to your name), then click Account Settings.

Under Login & Security, click on your email, then a pop up box will appear where you can update your email address. Follow the instructions to change your email address.

If you used a third-party sign-in when you created your Going Merry account (for example, Google Sign In or Apple Sign In), you will be prompted to enter your new email address and set a password. You can continue to use Google or Apple Sign In to login to your Going Merry account.

If you did not sign up using a third-party sign-in, you will only be prompted to enter your new email address:

Your new email will not be active until you verify it. Check your inbox for an email asking you to verify your new email.

Please note, we can only change your account email address to one that does not already have a Going Merry account and we cannot combine two separate accounts.
