Start by logging into your Going Merry account.
Navigate to Account Settings.
Under the Login & Security section, click on your email address.
A pop-up box will appear. Enter your new email address in the pop-up box.
Your new email address will receive an email with a link you must click to confirm the change.
Your new email will not be active until you verify it by clicking the link in the email. Check your inbox for an email asking you to verify your new email.
We can only change your account email address to one that does not already have a Going Merry account, and we cannot combine two separate accounts.
If you used a third-party sign-in when you created your Going Merry account (for example, Google Sign In or Apple Sign In), you will be prompted to enter your new email address and set a password. You can continue to use Google or Apple Sign In to log in to your Going Merry account.
