Change the timezone in Account Settings.

If the timezone displayed in your provider portal is incorrect, change the timezone in Account Settings.

1. Login to your Provider Portal.

2. Click My Account in the top right corner.

4. Under the Basic Settings section, click the current timezone.

5. A pop-up box will appear. Select the correct timezone, then click Save.
