Counselors can upload transcripts and recommendation letters in the Counselor Account.

Counselors can upload transcripts and/or recommendation letters for students using the Counselor Account. To get started, sign in to your counselor account, then click to the “Students” tile on the left side of the 'My Dashboard' page.

Find or search for the student you're uploading documents for, then click on the upload arrow next to the student’s name.

You're then given the option to upload a transcript or recommendation letter:

Once you have uploaded the document(s), they are saved to your students’ Going Merry profiles. Students can then attach them to applications on Going Merry that require them.

Recommendation letters uploaded using Counselor Accounts remain confidential. That means students can see they've been uploaded to their Documents Portfolio in their Profile, but they cannot download or view the document(s).
