[Counselors] How do I upload my students’ transcripts or recommendation letters?

Counselors can upload transcripts and recommendation letters in the Counselor Account.

Counselors can upload transcripts and/or recommendation letters for students in their Counselor Account.

To get started, sign in to your counselor account, click the Menu button in the top left corner, click the Scholarships tab, and then click Track student scholarship stats.

Find or search for the student you're uploading documents for, then click on the upload arrow next to the student’s name.

You're given the option to upload a transcript or recommendation letter:

Once you have uploaded the document(s), they are saved to your students’ Going Merry profiles. Students can then attach them to applications on Going Merry that require them.

Recommendation letters uploaded using Counselor Accounts remain confidential. That means students can see they've been uploaded to their Documents Portfolio in their Profile, but they cannot download or view the document(s).
