[Counselors] How do I invite my students?

Invite your students to access financial aid resources.

You can easily invite your students to create Going Merry accounts from your counselor dashboard. This is a great opportunity for students to gain access to important financial aid support!

Start by signing in to your counselor account.

If you haven't signed up for a counselor account just yet, sign up here!

From your main dashboard, click the green "Add Students" button.

Select whether you'd like to invite students:

• From your Google Classroom.
• By sending students an emailed invitation from your counselor account or copy and send students a unique referral link.

Upload your class list to our secure portal and we'll make the accounts.

Invite your Google Classroom:

Send students an email inviting them to sign up by inputting student emails in the text box:

  • Click the "Preview Email" button to see what the invite looks like!

  • If you send invites this way, you can track invites here. (You can see if a student has signed up or not there.)

Or click the "Copy" button and share your personal Referral Link with students:

Upload your student list and Going Merry will create the accounts:
