A counselor cannot delete a transcript or recommendation letter from a student's account, but you can still upload the correct one!
To upload another document for a student, navigate to your student list here.
Locate the student you're uploading documents for on your list.
Click the green checkmark under the “Actions” column.
Please note that you'll only see the green checkmark if you've previously uploaded both a transcript and a recommendation letter. If you haven't uploaded both documents, the checkmark will be an upload button.
Once you click on the upload/green checkmark button, you can upload another transcript or recommendation letter.
The student can delete the incorrect document from their profile.
