How do I request a recommendation letter or transcript?
Start by navigating to your Profile.
Scroll down to the Documents section.
Next, click the βRequest Documentβ button on the bottom left side of the page.
Choose whether you are requesting a transcript or a recommendation letter.
After that, you simply fill out the email address of the person you're sending the request to, add a personal note, and click βRequest Letterβ or "Request Transcript".

How can I check if I already sent a request for a transcript or recommendation letter?
Navigate to your Profile.
Scroll down to the Documents section.
In the list of Documents, you will see if you sent a request to upload a transcript or recommendation letter to an email address and if the document has been uploaded or if the request is still pending.
Can I delete a request to upload a transcript or recommendation letter? What if I sent my request to the wrong email?
You are unable to delete or edit a request after you submit your request. Make sure you enter the correct email address before sending your request. You can send another request to the correct email address if you previously entered the incorrect email address.
Like a regular email, once the request is sent, it cannot be unsent.
