The Provider Portal is a portal that allows providers to manage all aspects of their scholarship program.

Navigate to important pages in the Provider Portal by clicking the Menu button in the top left corner. Let's take a look at the Menu options.
Use the Menu bar to navigate to the following pages:
1. 🏠 Home
The Home tab is the portal's dashboard and provides a general overview and stats about the scholarships in your program.
To navigate to this page, log in to your provider portal, click the Menu button in the top left corner, then click the 🏠 Home tab.
2. ✅ My Active Scholarships
The My Active Scholarships page allows you to view your scholarships and it's where you'll go to download and evaluate applications, select winners, and more.
Navigate to the ✅ My Active Scholarships page to:
View and download applications;
Use the Quick Eval feature;
Download a summary report of all applicant info, and;
Edit scholarship details (extend a deadline, update a scholarship award amount or the number of scholarship winners).
To navigate to this page, log in to your provider portal, click the Menu button in the top left corner, then click the ✅ My Active Scholarships tab.
3. 📝 Draft Scholarships
The 📝 Draft Scholarships tab will take you to the Scholarship Wizard dashboard. The Scholarship Wizard is a user-friendly tool for creating and listing scholarships on the Going Merry website.
The dashboard displays scholarships you have in draft, scholarships submitted to the Going Merry team for approval, and scholarships that have been approved by the Going Merry team.

4.➕ Add New / Renew
The Add New / Renew tab allows you to start creating a scholarship draft by bypassing the Scholarship Wizard dashboard. From this tab, you can quickly create a new scholarship, copy a scholarship template, or renew last year's scholarships.
To navigate to this page, log in to your provider portal, click the Menu button in the top left corner, then click the ➕ Add New / Renew tab.
5. 🔗 Share Scholarships
The Share Scholarships tab provides you with the code to display a live widget on your school, company, or organization's website.
To navigate to this page, log in to your provider portal, click the Menu button in the top left corner, then click the 🔗 Share Scholarships tab.
6. 👤Manage Admins & Reviewers
The Manage Admins & Reviewers page is where you'll invite others to access scholarships and download applications.
To navigate to this page, log in to your provider portal, click the Menu button in the top left corner, then click the 👤 Manage Admins & Reviewers tab.
Not sure how to access the Provider Portal?
A Going Merry representative must create a provider account for you.
If your school or organization is already working with the Going Merry team, your program administrator must send you an invite to create a provider account.
