Unfortunately, it's currently not possible for a counselor to delete a transcript or recommendation letter from a student's account, but you can still upload the correct one!
To upload another document for a student, click on the “Students” tab on your dashboard, or you can click here.
Locate the student you're uploading documents for on your list.
Click the green checkmark under the “Actions” column. Please note that you'll only see the green checkmark if you've previously uploaded both a transcript and a recommendation letter. If you haven't uploaded both documents, the checkmark will be an upload button.
Once you've clicked on the upload/green checkmark button, you'll be able to upload another transcript/recommendation letter.
