Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to delete a transcript or recommendation letter from a student's account, but you can replace them with the correct one!
To replace the document for a student, please click on the “Students” tab on your dashboard, or you can click here.
Once you have located the student's account that you want to update, you can click on the checkmark under the “Actions” column. Please note that you'll only see the green checkmark if you've previously uploaded both a transcript and recommendation letter. If you haven't uploaded both documents, the checkmark will be an upload button.
Once you've clicked on the upload/green checkmark button, you'll be able to replace the student’s transcript/recommendation letter.
