Please confirm with students that they have added their

  • Graduation Year (for example: Class of 2022)

  • Address

  • School

If a student has a complete profile, it's possible they have been "hidden" from your dashboard. This happens when a counselor previously removes the student's email from the dashboard. If any counselor removes a student from their dashboard, the student's email is hidden for all other counselors.

Contact support@goingmerry.com for help if you suspect they have been hidden. Please include the student's email address in your message to support@goingmerry.com.
